Our Team

Will joined Cody Peak after working in private equity. Prior to Cody Peak, Will worked as an Analyst at K1 Investment Management, a leading private equity firm focused on small cap enterprise software companies. At K1, his responsibilities included buy-side M&A, financial due diligence, modeling, portfolio company support, industry research and the preparation of investment memorandums.

Will holds a BS in Economic and Finance from Claremont McKenna College. He enjoys traveling, watching football, and playing golf.
