Bob has over 30 years of broad and deep experience in mergers & acquisitions, leveraged/management buyouts, debt & equity capital markets and principal investing, spanning from large public companies to lower middle market private companies. Prior to Cody Peak, Bob was a Senior Managing Director at Eureka Capital Partners, LLC where he served as Co-Head of Eureka’s Consumer Group, focusing on advising clients nationwide. Prior to joining Eureka, Bob worked both in the US and abroad, as a senior investment banker for Bear Stearns and CS First Boston, after developing his growth and leveraged financing skills at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Kidder Peabody as a junior banker. He started his career as a successful technical salesman bridging the gap between manufacturing and customers for Dow Chemical.

Bob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Bob’s main interests are his family, mountain biking, running, windsurfing, skiing, golf and live music.
