Christy Tayler

Christy is s a C-level professional with a track record of building businesses. She has a particular focus on delivering substantial sales and profitable growth for large and small companies within consumer packaged goods (Campbells and CPC International), pharmaceutical/OTC healthcare (Allergan, Dey Labs and PCA Skin) and specialty foods (The Perfect Puree).

Christy currently consults with and serves as a director for several private companies. She specializes in working with companies in a variety of capacities, including strategic growth, financial strategy, marketing, governance, organizational planning, succession planning and exit strategies. Christy has successfully worked in permanent and interim rolls with start-up and mature companies that are either restructuring due to poor performance or managing through rapid growth. She has also launched new products and services both regionally and globally.

Earlier in her career, Christy started a direct mail business in the UK. She also successfully grew Nelson Communications from $10 million to $100 million in sales and subsequently sold NCI to The Publicis Groupe. Christy also tripled sales at Dey Labs from $200 million to $600 million and then directed its sale to Mylan Inc.

Christy graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College, and was later awarded a Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). As part of the Merck KgA Global Executive Development Program, she attended classes at INSEAD and the University of Hong Kong. Christy is a Board member of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership and teaches a strategic planning class for AT&T Supply chain companies.
